The game keeps crashing on me, it happens close to every time I try to use the map. (but every now and then - haven't figured out how or when - it doesn't crash, that's how I could keep playing and got to about 8% completion. But it's incredibly tedious.)
I have tried to read up on your known issues but mine doesn't seem to be listed there. I also haven't found a good way to report bugs, so I am trying here to see if you can help.
This is my setup:
OS: Windows 10 CPU: AMD Phenom(tm) II X2 565 Processor 3.40 GHz GPU: AMD Radeon HD6700 Series RAM: 8,00 GB
I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the game, runninng it as administrator (even though I'd rather not), I have updated to version 1.09, I have checked if I had the latest drivers for my gpu and cpu. I tried setting the game to low graphics quality and enabling/disabling vsync, but I am running out of ideas of things to try.
If you can help, that will be greatly appreciated! I'll be happy to provide further information. thx!
Am I missing something? This is how I found this game, and have been telling people that this is where they can try the demo (but hadn't checked to see if it was here) but I don't see any downloads here.
Have you removed the downloads? And may I ask why you haven't released the full game on itch? That's more a curiosity thing, because I've seen other developers launch the game here, post a decent playable demo, then... when it's released, they don't have the game here in the released form.
I believe the intention was that the free demo would be available only as long as it was still in development, then replaced with the paid full release. I could be wrong, though.
That may be possible. But I don't believe the full game is on itch.io right now. And since they aren't really overlapping stories (well there's some overlap) I kind of think both stand on their own. Of course, it's just my opinion, and the developer is free to do whatever they like.
Hello! Developer here! So... The demo was outdated. We created it for the Kickstarter campaign (Summer 2019) and there were many inside-jokes about it (like "Please donate if you like the game!" and similar). Furthermore, the full game changed lot of things, especially aesthetically (we moved from a pure 2D to a 2.5D game), but also in terms of game-design (totally different inventory and UI). So, all in all, we thought that the demo was old and having no more purpose. Regarding the release on Itch, it doesn't depend on me but on my publisher. I'll ask what he thinks about. It's not excluded that we'll release it here too.
I've been waiting very patiently for the full release of this game for 2 years, I know it's going to be amazing <3 The icon for the demo is still on my desktop :)
Very beautiful, funny and gripping game. Really loved playing the demo and would consider purchasing the full game, BUT : I was quite annoyed at the very cliche Japanese restaurant owner character :/ In addition to the character being literally yellow and having a thick accent, the game insists on it and makes him say that he doesn't have any accent. I don't find the joke funny and a little bit coarse. I understand it's supposed to be a humorous game and I liked a lot of things about it, but I would feel weird recommending it because of that awkward "Asian cook trope". Otherwise a very unique and nice game !
I understand that some Japanese people may have different feelings about this and that it's not a homogeneous block, but it's still a very well know racist trope... I didn't invent it of course but I've seen it described and critisized by a lot of activists.
Finally got my recording software to record it without it being a black screen. I love this game, if I would have had the money during the kickstarter I would have definitely supported it. I cant wait for the full game.
I had a lot of fun playing this game. I play the Linux (open suse 42.2 leap with the old KDE 3.5 desktop) version without a problem, good xwindows gestion and run one click and play all run fine. I found the secret but when the game turn to the old game look-like graphics only show a black screen, the game all right runs, select point and you can listen to the steps in the ground but see nothing. Unfortunately, I'm less of money I can't help in this way, but I can translate to Spanish, only for the pleasure to end this amazing tale.
Playing through the demo now and it's great! One thing though, if I may add a suggestion, is to add time stamps on the save slots. It can be easy to forget which save is the latest one.

Does my donation to the demo development count as or towards payment for the full game?
Hello! The game have support for Dolby Atmos? If not, any plans to support it in the future?
Hello, unfortunately not and it's not planned in the near future.
Hi! Awesome game, lovin' it so far :)
Except for the problem below:

OK, thanks for the response. I guess while I was aware of a lot of that, I just didn't see why it mattered. But that's OK.
Oh, interesting. I have not played the full game, so I didn't realize it was so different, and not simply an extension of the demo.
No French localization ?
Is it possible to get it translated or even to help to translate it into French ?
I am so sorry that it is not localized to French.
A comment : it works on an I3 750
Hello, at the moment we don't have a French localization. But we'll evaluate it if we have lot of requests from French people. Sorry!
I vote for a French localization :^)

Tina is a great name, by the way.
Thank you! Truly appreciated!!
I made a video on your game, although I have put it in a mini-montage with two other games
Well presented game, love the developers twist in the mix. hopefully the full game will be out soon

I'm half-Japanese and I thought it was funny.

Hello
I really love the look of your game! I was wondering if I could get the chance to play it on my YouTube channel? I'd be delighted if I could.
Have a nice day!
Kimmy ^ . ^
Sure! Go ahead!
thank you
Thanks! The loading screen is something will fix for sure in the full game. As well as implementing more graphic options!
Nice. That was the only 2 things I wanted to improve in game xD
Everything is fine but way too many 4th wall breaks... which is annoying
(Also would admit terribly annoying loading times, why not preloading areas?)
Love it! 10/10
thanks! please help the Kickstarter... last hours!
